Raspberry Ice Cream

Ingredients
One double cream
200g fresh raspberry
100ml honey or to taste
Rose petals for garnishing (optional)

Method
Mix the cream and raspberry together with a hand blender around 5-10 min in medium speed.
Add honey.
Put the mix in a tray.
Freeze min for 6 hours.
Garnish with rose
