Choco Fingers

Ingredients
150 g clotted cream
100g dark chocolate
1 tablespoon honey
200g digestive biscuits
100g nut variants and dried fruits to your taste
Cocoa for dusting

Method
Melt the chocolate and mix it with the rest of the ingredients.
Put the mix into a baking paper layered tray.
Press it down.
Chill it in the freezer for min 3 hours.
Remove from the tray, slice and dust with cocoa. Store in the freezer.
Once thawed do not put it in the freezer again.
